There's nothing quite like the the support and collaboration that comes from a styled event. Where rustic charm meets adventure and photographers come together to learn, collaborate and create. Hosting this event was an incredible experience, Bringing together talented creatives who pushed their artistic boundaries, captured breathtaking imagery and left with new inspiration and connections.
A Creative Space for Photographers
My goal for this event was to provide a space where photographers could not only build their portfolios but also learn from each other, experiment with new techniques and support one another. From the golden hour glow to the raw, emotion filled portraits, every element of this event was designed to inspire.
The setting featured flickering lanterns, rugged textures and earthy spring tones - complementing the western aesthetic perfectly. Whether it was a Bride in a boho tulle dress and cowboy boots or a couple sharing a quiet moment by the water, every scene told a story waiting to be captured.
The Photographers Who Made it Shine
One of the best parts of this event was watching each photographer bring their unique perspective to the shoot. Everyone approached the same scene differently - some focused on faded emotion, while others honed in on more modern posed aspects.

A Photographer's Perspective
It was so rewarding to hear how this experience impacted the photographers who attended. Here is what Celeste shared with me...
"Kaylea put together a great styled session with details and props to help get the creative juices flowing! I had such a fun time and new this would be just the challenge I needed to jump into "direct light shooting." With that in mind I asked Kaylea for tips along the way and very much enjoyed my shots. As the shoots went along, I became more creative and comfortable in harsh direct sunlight. I was able to use my new skills second shooting a wedding in LR at the Baker Hotel and WOW, they came out so good! Thank you Kaylea, for helping me develop and learn new skills."
